Protostik 6007 – HOLZ HER edge banding machine adhesive (Transparent)

Italian made Collanti Concorde polyurethane glue now available in Australia in colour neutral!

Hot melt adhesive in cartridge to be used in Holz-Her edge bander with EVA base – cartridge edge bander.

Suitable for bonding veneers, wooden edges, plastic laminate, impregnated paper, plastic (ABS, PVC).

Directions of use: 

Application temperature, tank: 190° – 200°C

Application temperature, roller: 190° – 210°C

Adhesive quantity (depending on the materials): 180 – 250 g/m2

Feed speed: 2 – 4 m/min.

Pressure on the rollers: 3 – 5 kg/cm2

Room and material temperatures: 18° – 25°C
